This is a real-life management consulting project that was conducted by one of my college students. Here you will learn how to conduct a performance improvement project in retail environment. A lot of thinking and designing went into this case study so that it could serve as an example for the students of business schools to follow.

I will show how client companies can achieve performance improvement by using some of the tools and processes available in management consulting. I will take you all the way through the project process from start to finish, and demonstrate how to solve real life problems in this industry.
