“Energy pills,” “energy drinks,” and stimulant-based “solutions” that offer you a temporary burst of phony energy for a few hours but really deplete your energy levels over time are all examples of stimulant-based “solutions.”
Conventional doctors have four fundamental therapy options at their disposal, as I’ve showed you: Antidepressants, basic aerobic exercise — 30 minutes of walking and stretching each day, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and stimulants when needed They also have blood tests that have a 95 percent chance of not finding anything significant to help you address your exhaustion, according to genuine studies.
We have the alternative, holistic, and functional medicine doctors, the vast majority of whom are still operating on an outdated model of thinking, believing that fatigue is caused by worn-out adrenal glands and cortisol issues (“adrenal fatigue”), which is simply not supported by scientific evidence, as you now know (from Masterclass #1).
What Kind of Results Does The Energy Blueprint Produce?
