This feminine dance course will teach you simple feminine movements inspired by Belly dance, African dance, & Caribbean Dance to unlock new movement pathways in your body and start moving like the sensual goddess you are!

This is NOT a dance course focused on complicated choreography or difficult steps. This is a dance course to awaken your feminine energy & connect to your sensuality through simple movements that revolve mainly around the pelvis, the womb, and the chest.

You do not need to have any prior dance experience to join this course. Everything will be broken down from the most basic moves and progress from there.

For centuries women have gathered and danced together as a way to celebrate life and womanhood.

From the Middle East, to Africa, to the Caribbean, women throughout the world have created different dance moves centered around the hips & pelvis.
