While I was building my website network, I was able to show about 100 people what I was doing. Matt Boley was one of the people. Matt Boley, along with another participant actually replicated the same thing I was doing. The only difference was that Matt was more successful than me and that’s a feat! I enjoy watching people exhibit things to reproduce the method, and I’m delighted when they do better than me.

I’m retired. In actual fact I retired on the 6th of July, following selling my site network to a media firm for $29 million. The company called me. My issue is that I’m unable to share my time outside of retirement.
So…
We came up with the idea of doing an online training session together. This is a one-time thing. I’ll create an entirely new website and show everyone each piece of software, plugin, and automated method, and provide everyone with the .json files that they can use for creating your own website within a brief amount of time. After you have created a website that is your own, you’ll be able to simply copy it time and time again and swap out designs and content sources.

I started an agency named GingerHippo. I had 36 employees. We earned money. I was unhappy with my life. I dismissed all our customers in February of 2020. I then dismissed all of our employees.
I also founded partnerships with or bought interests in 31 other companies that were from all sides of the spectrum. Brick and mortar were an issue for me and that was the case when Covid came along. I was still miserable in my life however, I was not broke.
I created this website network initially to establish an local presence to promote to local companies. It was difficult to get local businesses to sign up to the network because my salespeople were sloppy and small-scale business owners who couldn’t comprehend the idea. Therefore, I let go of my salespeople.
Then…
I had tons of websites built which I had to either make money or get rid of and so I made them monetized as well as automated content creation. 2 years later, a person offered to purchase the network from me.
In addition to selling websites to them, but I also decided to take advantage of my buyout rights in the other businessesand to retire on my birthday on the 6th of July.
