Measurement of Length, Mass, Time, Area and Volume
Students will be able to measure length, time and mass.just because of IGCSE Physics 1. Measurement
They will be able to use vernier calliper and micrometer screw gauge to get more accurate results for measuring length.
They will be able to measure period of pendulum for measuring time more accurate.
will comprehend how to measure mass with less error.
They
will learn fundamental quantities and how to define other quantities with basic ( fundamental) quantities.
They will be able to calculate area and volume. They will divide calculation of volume into two section which are irregular object and regular object.
After they learn how to measure mass and volume, they will be able to calculate density of object.
Students will be able to measure quantities with their units and understand SI unit system.
For IGCSE, We covered Chapter 1 already. Our aim is complete whole IGCSE curriculum.
Students will
be able to calculate area and volume. They will divide calculation of volume into two section which are irregular object and regular object. After they learn how to measure mass and volume, they will be able to calculate density of object.
We will focus on how to measure a quantity, in all units of measure. We will teach the students how to work with volume, mass and density. They will be able to calculate area and volume. They will also learn about irregular vs regular objects, in terms of measuring volume. After this topic is covered, then we move into mass. In order to calculate density, the students need to know how to measure mass and volume. Only after the students have learnt these skills will be able for them to learn about density and gravity law itself.
This set of teaching activities, perform calculations related to volume and mass of simple solids. Our aim is complete whole IGCSE curriculum.
IGCSE Physics 1 has three sections: memorization, practice, and theory. We have covered last 2 sections already. Our aim is to keep our students at 99% with curriculum content which is IGCSE standard.
