The functionality

in Word for creating and managing an email account is now available in Office 365 PowerPoint New Features: Designer and Morph.

You can now create a perfect signature for your emails with the new Signatures Designer. The Designer enables you to make your signature on Outlook better, helping you convey your intent in a timely fashion. You can customize fonts and colors, add graphics and images, or create static text- only signatures.

The redesigned and redesigned toolbar, introduced in Office 365 version 14, gives you easier access to an array of features. At your fingertips are viewers for presentations, mail, and documents; a set of easy-to-use templates that enable you to quickly create, customize and send professional-looking documents; powerful editing tools; and Sharing libraries that store commonly used styles and formatting settings.

Arguably the biggest news around Office 365 is the look and feel of new Designer in PowerPoint. A new, handy icon lets you drag and drop ribbon toolbars and contextual tabs, such as those found in Word. Or use the new keyboard shortcuts to quickly find what you need – like the new toolbar icons on the Home tab, or a menu bar on the Insert tab.
